World Ends At G20

Just kidding of course.
A dramatic shift is soon to be seen as the fear of G20 causes known tax havens to close their borders to financial criminals — a historical change for one country at least. Switzerland will be adapting O.E.C.D. taxation recommendations, with claims of protecting the poor, the small and the ugly. That is, to say, third-world growth is what the G20 says is at the top of their agenda this year — and by top, I mean right after ‘the world is ending’ and ‘the world is ending (part two).’
Really, I doubt anyone sees a serious connection between tax evasion and poverty in the third world — but you don’t question the G20, right?
MSNBC, caught with their tail between their legs after last night’s minor mishap asking their producers to ‘avoid discussing the incident.’ Cramer grazed the issue by responding on Mad Money by announcing yesterday’s show, referring to it as “Cramer vs. Stewart” — then humorously playing a clip of his position on Martha Stewart.
Oh, and opinion author John Lochlan referred to the Tamil Tigers’ actions as a civil war in Sri Lanka. That’s likely to get some uproar.
