The Manhattan-based court responsible for the Bernard Madoff case made public the official list of victims, compiled by the Dallas, Texas-based business advisory firm AlixPartners. The list is made up of those who responded to advertisements, rather than those who were necessarily directly involved in the $50 billion Ponzi scheme. Judge to Litt: Madoff House Arrest Stands
